Hospital Vandalism

From a letter we received:

"Approximately two years ago, .......... Health & Hospital Systems purchased one of Micro Tech’s wireless covert camera systems.  Mr. Tim Lee was the sales representative who demonstrated the system to our Police Department.  To be honest with you, I was very skeptical of the system’s performance capabilities.  This was due to the tremendous amount of concrete, steel, and electrical interference within our hospital buildings.  After watching Tim demonstrate the system, on two separate occasions, my skepticism disappeared.  I think the system’s performance within this environment even surprised Tim."

"Our system has been put to use to record various types of crimes and incidents.  One of the first was to discover who was attempting to bypass a card access door by kicking it.  After approximately two weeks, the culprit was caught in the act on video.  He was identified, shown the video, and the case was solved.  The system has been used several times to detect employee theft.  Each time the system proved to be more than adequate to, “get its man (or woman).”

"I have also had the pleasure of working with Mr. Kevin Petty, with your Research and Development Department.  Kevin has been very helpful in assisting with camera retrofits, and sharing his vast knowledge of covert cameras.  "

"Needless to say, we are very pleased with our system.  At some point, I would like to purchase a color camera and an infrared unit to provide even greater versatility to our system. You have a great product, not only in how it performs, but also in its ease of use.  Thank you for Micro Tech’s wonderful customer support, and for all your assistance.  You folks have really helped make our jobs a little easier. "
