   The King Cobra MJPEG digital wireless video system is simple to operate, has long-term (2 week) battery life for the camera and transmitter and only records when there is activity between programmable time parameters. The King Cobra allows easy video removal from the hard drive directly to a computer via a 2.0 USB cable and software; having the optional removable hard drive allows you to review one while the other is in use. In hardwired mode the system has video motion detection and pre-alarm recording (it does require AC power though for long-term recording) We do not recommend building a battery into a digital system due to the power consumption and battery weight

Wireless Covert camera with 2 week battery life

 

 Micro Technology’s new King Cobra Covert Video Surveillance System utilizes the advanced features of the DVR-1 Digital surveillance recorder, combined with a wireless video transmitter, RTTC (Remote Timer-Controller), battery, camera and wireless triggering device. 
The system is designed to record only when activated by the wireless video signal, reducing the review time and greatly increasing battery life (up to 2 weeks) for the camera and transmitter. This is controlled by the RTTC which only transmits video when activated between time parameters. The live or recorded events can be easily be viewed over the Ethernet or at the recorder where it is stored to the hard drive. Using the supplied USB cable and software video download is simple. By adding the additional removal hard drive you can have one in use while reviewing and downloading the other in your office.

The recorder stores to the 160 GB hard drive and has different resolution settings. In High Resolution (30fps) (720 x 484 (NTSC) the storage is 24 hours of events between time parameters, this is adjustable in quality and frames per second. Set up and review are simple and it can also be easily viewed over the Ethernet. The IDV is ideal for temporary installations. The system has video motion detection, pre-alarm recording, programmable time parameters and adjustable record times.

We  utilize the advanced features of the Digital  Event  Recorder, combined with a wireless video transmitter, RTTC (Remote Timer Controller), battery, camera and a wireless triggering device. (The wireless mercury switch in a laptop will catch the theft every time as will the light sensor in the desk drawer.)

The DVR digital recorder stores to the efficient internal 160GB hard drive.  In Best Resolution the storage is 80 hours of events (adjustable). Setup and review are simple and it can also be remotely monitored. 

The system can be pre-programmed to transmit and record only when activated by a wireless trigger, reducing the review time of boring video tape and greatly increasing battery life. This is controlled by the RTTC which also simplifies the connection of the wireless portion of the system.  The locations of the recorded events are stored for easy review.

We modify objects from your environment to temporarily hide the camera so that they blend in to the area exactly, rather than forcing you to buy lots of generic cameras that do not blend in. We also supply a mounting kit for hiding the camera through the ceiling tile and for mounting inside objects. We have adapter cables so that any of your existing cameras will work with the system.
