How the System Works
1. Wireless duress alarms (call buttons) are placed throughout the courthouse and County/Municipal facilities (Judge’s Bench, Judge’s Chambers, District Attorney’s Office, Clerk’s Office, Tax Office, etc.)
2. When a call button is pushed, the intelligent receiver sends a pre-recorded voice message directly to officers’ radios. The message is specific, such as “Judge Williams needs assistance at his bench.”
3. Officers can respond immediately to the exact location without a dispatch delay.
